The first question I get from prospect is "how much do you charge?" While I understand the cost concerns people have, quality of service should be the first thing people should look for. Let me tell you a real life story; recently a friend of mine bought an office desk at an amazing price from one of the department stores, here in Calgary. He asked me to help him setup the desk and we spent about three hours setting up the desk but when we tried to put the disk in the office, the whole thing fall apart causing permanent damages to some of its parts. When we went back to the store to return it, we saw many other customers lined up to return the same desk that my friend purchased. The price was right but the product quality was inferior and together we spent seven hours on the product. If we were to assign our professional hourly rate to the time we spent on this product, we could buy good quality furniture for his entire office.
