STEP3: QuickBooks Setup
At this stage, we have gathered the required information, presented the implementation plan to you and received your approval. We begin the process of installing the software; setting up all major business accounting functions such as creating Chart of accounts, customer list, vendor list, setup Bank and credit accounts and so on.
STEP4: Populating QuickBooks with data
In this step, we will add all transactions, modify the reports and make the system ready for testing.
STEP5: Test drive and Sign off
Now that QuickBooks setup is complete, it is your turn to test the system and sign off on it. If you find some problems during testing, will fix them until you are 100% satisfied.
